Started his career in Perak in the 90's as an attacking midfielder but fail to make any headway in the game but his position changed under Weigang and he was put in a stopper position. His game improve tremendously after the switch and he was an important member of last year's team especially after the departure of Khairul Anuar Baharom and Janos Krescka. He is a very reliable defender who fight for every ball and it is not an easy job for strikers to get past him. He have yet to find his form yet and saw his place in the last two FA cup games gone to ShahrulNizam Sahat.
